• WES selected to design the Brandon-Monroe apartment building. The project consists of two stories of structured parking below four stories of apartments approximately 54,819 square foot total building area. The parking levels will be a two-way concrete slab with drop panels, the apartment levels will be wood truss and wood bearing walls. The estimated cost of construction is $3.4 million.
  
  
• WES selected to design new parking, drainage improvements, retaining walls for 4 acres for the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED).  Estimated cost of construction $750,000.
